Actually, as a seller, you wouldn't be able to leave negative feedback for this buyer anymore. He could change from "iaintpayinyou" to "imaypayyoubutimgonnaleaveyouanegativebecauseifeellikeitandtheresnothingyourgonnabeabletodoaboutit"... Idiots run amuck...
