Yep, it is. His name is Anton Yelchin.
He's playing Kyle Reese, John Connor's father. He doesn't know he's his father though. He's younger than him in this movie due to the time travel. Kyle gets sent back to the past to protect Sarah Connor, boom, John Connor pops out 9 months later.
